Psi Chapter (University of Pennsylvania)

The Psi chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha was chartered at the University of Pennsylvania in 1925, serving students at Penn.

In 1945, this chapter merged with Temple University's Mu chapter to form the city-wide Gamma Epsilon chapter based in Philadelphia. That city-wide chapter later expanded to include institutions like Drexel University, La Salle University, Philadelphia University, and Saint Joseph’s University.
